Our services include but are not limited to individual coaching, group coaching, business consulting, and online workshops. All services are delivered virtually through various online platforms.
 

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

  • Attending scheduled sessions on time.

  • Paying for services in full, as outlined in the agreed-upon terms.

  • Actively participating in the coaching or consulting process.
     

4. Payment Terms
All fees for services are payable in advance unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • There are no cancellations or early terminations.

  • If Confident Woman is unable to fulfill the Services at any time during the agreement, the Client will be pro-rate refunded for the remainder of the current month.
     

6. Confidentiality
We value your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared during coaching or consulting sessions is kept strictly confidential unless required by law. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent. 

7. Limitation of Liability
Confident Woman is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive to provide valuable guidance, clients are responsible for the outcomes of their decisions based on coaching or consulting sessions.
 

8. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our coaching or consulting services. Success depends on the client’s commitment and effort throughout the process.
 

9. Intellectual Property
All content on www.confidentwoman.me, including text, images, and materials provided during coaching or consulting sessions, is the intellectual property of Confident Woman Coaching and Consulting. Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written permission.
 

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Olympia, WA.
 

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
